Form submissions are used solely to operate the directory: forwarding your message to the clinic you contacted, publishing your review or question after moderation, or processing your listing claim. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. Reviews and questions are published with the name you provide; your email address is never published.

Where It Is Stored

Submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, and the site is served by Vercel. Both process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

Cookies & Analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. If we adopt privacy-respecting analytics in the future, this policy will be updated first. Essential technical storage used by our hosting infrastructure may apply.

Health Information

Please do not include medical history or other sensitive health details in messages or reviews. We are a directory, not a healthcare provider, and messages sent through the site are not protected health information under HIPAA. Anything you choose to share in a published review is visible to the public.

Your Rights (CCPA, GDPR, and Similar Laws)

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — including removing a review or question you submitted. Email support@localketamineclinics.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16; if you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
